1. Respect your teammates, opponents, and officials.
2. Mistakes are good but only if you learn from them.
3. Be quick, but don't hurry.
4. There is no "I" in "team."
5. Be a great teammate and an even better person.
6. Skate! Skate! Skate!
7. Take pride in your effort in all things, especially schoolwork.
8. Make no excuses; never complain.
9. Focus on doing your best (that's all you can control).
